This project consists of a 22,500 sq/ft design build office/warehouse. The floor plan is broken down into 4500 sq/ft office, 2,000 sq/ft of sales area and 16,000sq/ft of warehouse. This project serves as the headquarters of Advanced Distribution’s operations. The building is designed to be expanded as the client’s operations grow with a minimum of expense.
